Company to Discuss Expansion of Platform Capabilities and Operating
Leverage Plan for 2015

National Instruments (Nasdaq: NATI) will host its annual Investor
Conference in Austin, Texas in conjunction with NIWeek, the company's
annual user conference. A key platform for launching new products,
NIWeek brings together several thousand customers and partners to learn
about how the expansion of NI's platform capabilities is helping to
solve the world's toughest engineering challenges.
The investor conference will begin with a keynote address by Dr. James
Truchard, NI president, CEO and cofounder, which will highlight the
elements that create NI's long-term differentiation. Eric Starkloff, NI
executive vice president of global sales and marketing, will speak about
the company's commitment to growth by serving more customer needs
through the expansion of its platform capabilities. Alex Davern, NI COO
and CFO, concludes the day by laying out NI's operating leverage plan
for 2015 and the ongoing plan for returning cash to shareholders.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask members of the NI
management team questions during the Q&A session.
